excellent architecture beautiful building insufficient air conditioning repetitive food

the hotel's architecture was very excellent. the building was very beautiful. the aqua park was great. the access to the coral reef from the hotel's pier was really special.

the air conditioning in most of the resort wasn't sufficient. areas like bars and restaurants were uncomfortably warm. the main buffet felt chaotic and overcrowded. the food options were repetitive.

Really good Service and Great Amenities

The hotel was very clean. The staff worked around the clock to keep the grounds maintained and the facilities were super clean. The pools were spacious, and the pier was perfect for accessing the sea. Snorkeling allowed many beautiful fish to be seen despite the reef being dead.

The hallways were sometimes noisy due to other guests.

Honestly, the gym was a JOKE. They advertise a fitness center, but it had like, two treadmills and one broken bike. The equipment looked older than ME. I expected something a BIT more modern for a supposed five-star experience.

caffeine curfew engaging activities

I found a couple of things less than thrilling . first, the coffee situation was a bit of a joke. They cut it off at 10 am sharp. it was like i was on some kind of caffeine curfew. also, the kids' club needed a serious revamp as my kids got bored quickly due to a lack of engaging activities. discolored water in the bathroom wasn't my cup of tea either as it ruined one of my favorite garments.
